The process starts off with sculpting the keycap design with clay. We'll then use silicone to create a mould out of the sculpted keycap. Once it cures, the keycap can be casted in resin using the mould.
Since every keycap is 100% handmade, there will be some minor cosmetic imperfections that will not affect the keycap's structural integrity and functionality.
NFC stands for 'Near Field Communication'. Each of our ID cards contain an NFC chip and this allows the exchange of information (i.e. keycap identity info) to be communicated to another device that has an NFC chip.
If your mobile phone has an NFC chip (e.g. Apple and Android NFC phones):
Simply unlock your phone and tap the ID card against the back of your phone to confirm your keycap identity. You'll get a push notification which brings you to a page with your keycap details.
If your phone does not have an NFC chip:
Simply type the identification code on the NFC ID card to confirm your keycap identity here.
All keycaps made after 20 June 2021 will be shipped with an NFC ID card containing a unique identification code.
Never share your identification code with others and do not lose your ID card as this is for you to authenticate your keycap.
Sadly we do not provide replacements for lost NFC identification cards. Please keep it safely with you.
We might if the demand is high for a said sculpt/colourway. Besides, there’s only two of us and there’s always too many ideas on the list waiting to be executed ;-;.
Unfortunately, some designs such as our beloved S’morie will not be making a come back in resin medium until we're able to find a solution that makes casting possible.
Keycaps are all sold using either a raffle or (limited/unlimited) fulfillment format. Sales are launched over at our shop.
Will you be doing any First-Come-First-Serve type of sale?
Well… maybe in the future? Who knows ᶘᵒᴥᵒᶅ.
A raffle sale means that your entry will not guarantee you a purchasing spot.
How a raffle sale works:
To prevent our invoices from going into your spam folder, you must whitelist (email@example.com) so that it will go into your main/promotions inbox.
Sometimes, we launch a limited/unlimited fulfillment sale for our keycaps. In general, this type of sales works just like a pre-order group buy such that the keycaps will be produced after the sale ends.
As compared to the raffle sale, you do not have to wait to get invoiced after entering your details through a Google form. You can easily make your purchase for a said keycap under the Group Buy tab, and receive a payment confirmation email thereafter.
A limited fulfillment sale means that the sale will be close once we have reached an undisclosed threshold of orders. An unlimited fulfillment sale means that there is no maximum threshold for the number of orders accepted, and the sale will only be closed at the end of the sale period.
Yes ٩(^ᴗ^)۶! If you're interested to collaborate with us, head over to our contact page and drop us a message.
Not at the moment. We'll announce it in our Discord server when we are open for commissions <3
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All international buyers must pay import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) according to your country’s government laws in order to clear customs.
All sales are final — strictly no refunds/exchanges/cancellations. Quality checks are performed on each keycap before shipping them out. We will not be liable for lost mails due to wrong address input by the buyer, so please check that you've entered the correct address before payment.
Exception: If a parcel is lost in transit and refund is the best option for both parties, shipping fees will not be part of the refund value.
Replacement(s) for keycap(s) with functional problems will only be considered if it is reported within 7 days of receiving the product. We have a keycap manual included in your package on how to loosen a tight stem. Kindly refer to that and handle your new keycap with care.
Once your parcel is mailed out, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number. Track your parcel here.
Currently, we use SingPost for both domestic (Singapore) and international orders. After your parcel arrives at its destination country, SingPost hands the parcel over to that country’s postal service (e.g. Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for United Kingdom, and United States Postal Service for U.S.A).
You can check whether your country is eligible in this list and refer to the 'Mail' column. If the status is shown as ‘Limited Services’, it means that shipping service is available. Otherwise, it’s a nono.
Singpost does not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
It is estimated to take between 1 to 3 weeks for the parcel to reach you depending on the country. With the current pandemic situation, please expect a delay for international orders. There are instances that parcels may take up to 3 or 4 months to be delivered and this can be due to strict customs clearance procedures, inspections, etc.
If you have not received your parcel after 3 to 4 months or think that your parcel's lost, drop us a message through the forms at our contact page. We’ll submit an enquiry to SingPost and check/confirm on its delivery status before any form of compensation can be made.
Please do not wait past 6 months from the date of posting as we wouldn’t be able to enquire about your parcel and submit a compensation claim form to SingPost.
