KEYCAPS

The process starts off with sculpting the keycap design with clay. We'll then use silicone to create a mould out of the sculpted keycap. Once it cures, the keycap can be casted in resin using the mould.

Since every keycap is 100% handmade, there will be some minor cosmetic imperfections that will not affect the keycap's structural integrity and functionality.

NFC stands for 'Near Field Communication'. Each of our ID cards contain an NFC chip and this allows the exchange of information (i.e. keycap identity info) to be communicated to another device that has an NFC chip.

If your mobile phone has an NFC chip (e.g. Apple and Android NFC phones):
Simply unlock your phone and tap the ID card against the back of your phone to confirm your keycap identity. You'll get a push notification which brings you to a page with your keycap details.

If your phone does not have an NFC chip:
Simply type the identification code on the NFC ID card to confirm your keycap identity here.

All keycaps made after 20 June 2021 will be shipped with an NFC ID card containing a unique identification code.

Never share your identification code with others and do not lose your ID card as this is for you to authenticate your keycap.

We are unable to provide replacements for lost NFC identification cards. Please keep it safely with you.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Our store is operated using Shopify, so we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All international buyers must pay import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) according to your country’s government laws in order to clear customs.

All sales are final — strictly no refunds/exchanges/cancellations. We will not be liable for lost mails due to wrong address input by the buyer, so please check that you've entered the correct address before payment.

Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, and if refund is the only best option for both parties, shipping fees will not be part of the refund value.

Replacements for keycap with functional problems will only be considered if it is reported within 7 days of receiving the product. We have a keycap manual included in your package on how to loosen a tight stem. Please read it and handle your new keycap with care.

SALE

We have a few type of sale formats: Raffle, In stock, or Fulfillment.

Raffle sale means that entries are randomly drawn using a RNG generator, and you'll only pay if you receive an invoice. Whenever we launch a raffle sale, a Google form will be available over at our Raffle tab, and you'll be able to join.

In stock sale means that you'll be able to purchase the keycaps directly from our webstore, as long as they are not sold out.

Fulfillment sale works just like a pre-order group buy such that the keycaps will be produced after the sale ends. As compared to the raffle sale, you do not have to wait to get invoiced. Depending on the volume of orders received, it generally takes about 1-2 months to be fulfilled!

SHIPPING

We use Qxpress to mailed out your parcels. Once it's mailed out, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number. Track your parcel here.

Generally our parcels gets delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the country. However, there are instances that parcels may take up to 3 or 4 months to be delivered and this can be due to strict customs clearance procedures, etc.

If you have not received your parcel after 3 to 4 months or think that your parcel's lost, drop us a message drop us a message on Instagram or Discord. We’ll submit an enquiry to the delivery courier and check/confirm on its delivery status before any form of compensation can be made.

Please do not wait past 6 months from the date of posting as we wouldn’t be able to enquire about your parcel and submit a compensation claim form.
